Team,

We will have practice today!

Meet at West by 4:25 roll out by 4:35; meet at the picnic table at Quarry Ridge by 5 pm. We will split into groups and ride west on the Military Ridge Trail until 5:35 pm. We will turn around at 5:35 pm and head back to West HS.

You should still ride your mountain bike today as we will be riding some gravel and it rained yesterday.
